Five Bedrooms, a Children’s Loft and Four Complete Bathrooms
- Each bedroom has one double bed that separates into two single beds.
- Four bedrooms are together on the main living level; the fifth bedroom is one level above and has an en-suite bathroom.
- One non-master bedroom has a sleeping loft reached by a ladder, generally suitable for two or three children or teenagers on mattresses.
- Up to four folding beds, four additional mattresses and children’s cots can be placed where they best fit the group.
- All linens, pillows, blankets and cot bedding are supplied, and every bedroom has air conditioning.
- Bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, shampoo, soap, toilet paper and hairdryers are provided.
- There are four complete bathrooms: two en suite and two shared; two have baths and two have showers. Three bathrooms are on the main level and one is upstairs.
Before payment, Raphael will confirm a written sleeping plan for the adults, children and babies in your group. Three to four highchairs can also be supplied when requested.

Everything Close
The Kotel is under five minutes away, Hurva Square is under three minutes away, and a grocery store is next to the villa. Multiple kosher restaurants, shuls and men’s and women’s mikvaos are within five minutes.
Arrival and Parking
There is no private parking. Public parking is outside the immediate villa area; many guests find it easiest to take a taxi to the Kishle/Old City police station, approximately a three-minute walk from the villa.
Stairs, Entry and Shelter
There is no elevator. Expect approximately 10 steps to the main level, another 10 to the upper suite and about five more to the rooftop. Strollers and wheelchairs can be brought in and stored securely, but the villa is unsuitable for anyone unable to climb stairs. Self-check-in uses a keypad, with a mechanical Shabbos lock. A shared miklat in the yeshiva one level below is accessible 24/7, including Shabbos.

Rates are fixed and non-negotiable. Utilities are included, and there are no additional accommodation fees. Approved gatherings above 30 participants may carry a separately agreed event fee.

- For holidays, preference may be given to a booking covering the full holiday
- 50% is due immediately to confirm the reservation
- The remaining 50% is due one week before check-in
