The current standalone villa page lists five bedrooms and a children’s sleeping loft, with a maximum of 16 overnight guests, excluding babies under two. Each bedroom has a double bed that separates into two singles. Four bedrooms are on the main level; the fifth is upstairs with an en-suite bathroom.

A ladder leads to the loft in one non-master bedroom, generally suitable for two or three children or teenagers on mattresses. Up to four folding beds, four extra mattresses and children’s cots can be arranged within the occupancy limit. All bedding is supplied and every bedroom has air conditioning.

There are four complete bathrooms: two en suite and two shared, with two baths and two showers. Three are on the main level and one is upstairs. Towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper and hairdryers are provided; three to four highchairs may be requested.

The privately maintained Mehadrin kitchen has separate meat and dairy sinks, ovens, stovetops, microwaves, dishwashers, refrigerator/freezer facilities and utensils. Shabbos equipment includes platas, urns, timers, lamps and a mechanical Shabbos lock. There are also a coffee machine, kettle, washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

The furnished rooftop is entirely private, with water and Old City views, reached from the upper hallway without passing through the upstairs bedroom. A large sukkah is guaranteed for Succos under kosher open sky, with at least 40 seats, tables, chairs, lighting and decorations.

There is no elevator: approximately ten steps reach the main level, another ten the upper suite and about five more the rooftop. The villa is unsuitable for anyone unable to climb stairs; strollers and wheelchairs may be brought in and stored. A shared miklat in the yeshiva one level below is accessible 24/7, including Shabbos.

Published walking times are under five minutes to the Kotel and under three minutes to Hurva Square. A grocery store is next door, with kosher restaurants, shuls and men’s and women’s mikvaos within about five minutes. There is no private parking; the Kishle police station is a convenient taxi drop-off, about three minutes away. The exact street is provided after booking.

There is no Wi-Fi or television; cellular reception varies by provider. Smoking is permitted only on the rooftop, and pets are not allowed. Visitors and gatherings require advance approval; quiet hours are 11 p.m.–7 a.m. Dining groups below 30 generally have no event surcharge; above 30 an agreed surcharge may apply. Ask about a group of exactly 30.

The villa’s published terms specify no agent fee, cleaning fee or utility charge. A 50% payment confirms the reservation and the balance is due a week before arrival. Bookings are non-refundable, except where war or another disaster causes approximately 90% of flights to Israel to be cancelled in the days leading up to the scheduled arrival date. We can often accommodate a change to alternative dates during off-peak periods, subject to availability and prior confirmation. If the owner cancels, all payments are refunded. A security deposit is generally required only in special circumstances disclosed in advance. Confirm in writing which terms apply to your Succos 2027 package and any proposed gathering.
