Cancellation and date changes
Bookings are non-refundable, except where war or another disaster causes approximately 90% of flights to Israel to be cancelled in the days leading up to the scheduled arrival date.
We can often accommodate a change to alternative dates during off-peak periods, subject to availability and prior confirmation.
The guest journey
From initial request to written confirmation
- Compare the apartments.Review location, sleeping capacity, access, kitchen and other practical information.
- Send one complete request.Provide dates, guest count and any non-negotiable requirements.
- Availability is reviewed.The site does not display live inventory. A submitted form is a request, not a reservation.
- Receive the property-specific terms.Confirm the exact apartment, rate, fees, minimum stay, deposit, balance schedule and cancellation conditions in writing.
- Confirm the contracting and payment details.Know who is providing the accommodation and who is authorized to receive payment before sending funds.
- Complete the required confirmation steps.A property is not held solely because a form or WhatsApp message was sent.
- Reconfirm practical arrangements.Before arrival, reconfirm access, keys, sleeping setup, kitchen/Shabbos arrangements and any accessibility needs.
