Access and mobility
Ground-level living with an important access note
The apartment has a private entrance, and every bedroom, bathroom and living area is located on one interior level. This makes the apartment practical for elderly guests, families with strollers and guests who prefer to avoid internal stairs.
The approach from street level includes some steps and a sloped access path. A guest using a wheelchair or anyone with limited mobility may need assistance on the approach. Please describe the guest’s mobility needs before booking so we can confirm that the route will work comfortably.
There is no elevator because the apartment is at ground level.
A large private garden and furnished deck
The garden belongs exclusively to this apartment and is reached directly from the living area. A large furnished deck and outdoor dining setup will accommodate approximately 30–40 people, making the space especially useful for extended-family meals and permitted simchas.
Barbecue use is permitted. The garden is bounded on three sides; the remaining side connects to the access path leading toward street level. Families with young children should supervise the path access point.
Succos
A large private sukkah will be provided
For Succos bookings, a sukkah will be built in the apartment’s private outdoor space upon request. The planned sukkah is exceptionally large and is expected to seat approximately 30–40 people.

The exact building number is shared with confirmed guests. The apartment is centrally located on Ramban, close to the Great Synagogue and surrounded by numerous shuls. It is within the Jerusalem eruv.
There is no private parking. Street parking is available in the surrounding area, subject to availability and local parking rules.

No. The fixed rates are ₪3,000 for a regular night, ₪5,000 for a Shabbos stay and ₪8,000 for a Chag stay. There is no cleaning fee, booking fee, minimum stay or security deposit.
What is the cancellation policy?
A 50% payment reserves the apartment, with the balance due seven days before check-in. Payments are normally non-refundable, although alternative dates may be offered at management’s discretion. A limited exception may apply to overseas guests prevented from traveling by widespread wartime flight cancellations immediately before arrival.
Can we host a family meal or simcha?
Yes. Meals, simchas and outside guests are permitted. The outdoor dining setup can accommodate approximately 30–40 people. Quiet hours are 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.
