Access and mobility
Ground-level living with an important access note
The apartment has a private entrance, and every bedroom, bathroom and living area is located on one interior level. There are no internal stairs between these rooms.
The approach from street level includes an outdoor stairway with several sets of steps and a handrail, as well as a sloped access path. The entrance is not step-free. Guests using wheelchairs, bringing strollers or having limited mobility should confirm the access arrangements before booking.
There is no elevator because the apartment is at ground level.
A large private garden and furnished deck
The garden belongs exclusively to this apartment and is reached directly from the living area. A large furnished deck and outdoor dining setup will accommodate approximately 30–40 people, making the space especially useful for extended-family meals and permitted simchas.
Mature trees provide greenery and shade. Beside the deck are a round nest swing and a separate seat swing.
Barbecue use is permitted. The garden is bounded on three sides; the remaining side connects to the access path leading toward street level. Families with young children should supervise the path access point.
Succos
A large private sukkah will be provided
For Succos bookings, a sukkah will be built in the apartment’s private outdoor space upon request. The planned sukkah is exceptionally large and is expected to seat approximately 30–40 people.

There are no automatic doors or motion-activated lights. Entry uses a code; guests with specific Shabbos-access needs should notify us in advance.

A separate washing machine and tumble dryer are stacked inside a utility cupboard. An ironing board, toiletries, hairdryers, linens, blankets and towels are included.

The exact building number is shared with confirmed guests. The apartment is centrally located on Ramban, close to the Great Synagogue and surrounded by numerous shuls. It is within the Jerusalem eruv.
There is no private parking. Street parking is available in the surrounding area, subject to availability and local parking rules.

Bookings are non-refundable, except where war or another disaster causes approximately 90% of flights to Israel to be cancelled in the days leading up to the scheduled arrival date. Can we host a family meal or simcha?
Yes. Meals, simchas and outside guests are permitted. The outdoor dining setup can accommodate approximately 30–40 people. Quiet hours are 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.
