Website accessibility does not mean that every listed apartment is physically accessible. Old City lanes, stairs, building entrances, elevators, bathrooms and walking routes vary. Before booking, explain the guest’s exact mobility, vision, hearing, sensory or other access requirements and request written confirmation of the relevant property facts.
Do not rely on a generic “accessible” label
Ask for exact step counts, elevator dimensions, entrance conditions, bathroom access, vehicle drop-off options and the realistic walking route needed for the individual guest.
